Hot Oil Compress/massage

 

Here we use Zathi and Lavender Dukpa ( compress) with hot oil. Zathi Dukpa is prepared from Nutmeg, caraway and Til oil as Zathi Duknuum in accordance with the Tibetan science of healing. It used to put hot oil compress on the Loong (air humor) points. It is effective against sudden fainting, stiffness of the lime, giddiness, hallucinations, palpitation, insomnia and tinnitus.

The Lavender compress ball is made from wheat and lavender flowers wrapped in cotton fabric and is commonly used in conjunction with Tibetan traditional massage. It can be used to apply soothing strokes to massage, parts of your body to address chronic problems such as back pain and tendinitis, as well as to increase energy flow, improve circulation, relax muscles, stimulate nerves and get benefits of Zathi when we do it with hot Zathi Duknuum(oil). Hot oil compress is more suitable in winter season because it’s can provide heat and helps to maintain the temperate body.
